How to open a Live Account on Zulutrade

Opening a Live Account on Zulutrade is an easy and straightforward process, but let's see the steps you have to follow to start trading live.

First of all you have to Open a Live Account.

Then you will need to follow 4 steps to create your live account:

1. Select a broker;
2. Fill out Zulutrade registration form;
3. Fill out Broker registration form;
4. Sign Letter of Direction with Broker.

1. Select a broker

First of all you need to select a forex broker between more than 40 intermediaries.

You have a wide choice and each provider offer different conditions in term of:

• commission applied from 0 to 2.50 pips per trade;
• maximum leverage admitted;
• minimum deposit required. 

You can also filter your provider on the basis of compatibility with trading platform compatibility, the features offered, the country where the broker is regulated and the supported mobile apps operating system.

In addition I would suggest also to monitor the slippage chart (see figure below), that you can find on the page of each provider and indicates average slippage based on the statistics gathered from various broker. 
Slippage occurs when the trade results of a live follower are less than the trade results of a signal provider. Longer bars indicate poorer results on a live account comparing to the signal providers results. I would advice to select a broker with low slippage (below 1).

In terms of conditions applied, AAAFX is the broker with lowest slippage and commissions. This is quite obvious as AAAFX is directly integrated under the platform. In any case I would suggest, if you have a certain sum of money to invest, to open more than an account in order to protect your money from the risk of default of your forex broker.

2. Fill out Zulutrade registration form

Once you have selected your broker, you have to fill in the form with your personal data and check the box to accept the terms and conditions of Zulutrade.

3. Fill out Broker Registration Form

Once you have created your Zulutrade accont you will be redirected to the forex broker website where you will need to follow the instructions. 

In particular, I would recommend to be very careful in providing the information and the documentation required (i.e. proof of identity, bank account)

In order to fund your account you can alternatively do a wire transfer or pay with your credit card. Some brokers accept other form of payment.

4. Sign Letter of Direction with Broker

Finally you will need to download and sign a letter of authorization in order to connect your Zulutrade Account with the broker account. You do not need this document for AAAFX.

Once you have completed these simple steps you just need to wait from 2 to 4 working days in order to select a trader, manage your settings and start trading.
