For 333 - Review

For 333 is currently n.2 in Zulutrade ranking and from more than 1 year is my favourite and sole provider.

For 333 is the typical provider that encounters appreciation by followers. It guarantees good results, it is active and positive from a long time (155 weeks) with limited drawdown. 

In fact the Chinese providers is the second provider in terms of numbers of followers and money following and is my favourite provider too.

It had only a bad period in September/November 2013 when, at the top of the ranking, it burnt some accounts and it acted with limited rationality. Following this events the provider improved its discipline and it is now performing from 9 months in positive territory with regular positive trades. 

I would not consider the negative trades in September 2011, as it was in a start up phase, and since then the maximum drawdown from a single position was 500 pips in November 2013.

I like that it does not trade on news and it trades various pairs (EUR/USD mainly) and time frames.

What can we expect?

Bearing in mind the story of this provider, we can assume that:

• episodes like the one of September/November2013 will repeat sooner or later. We just need to be ready to loose money keeping the risk under control. Are you ready to cope with a 500 pips drawdown with 3 open positions?;

• ranking influences the behavior of this trader unfortunately in negative. This is a very common attitude in providers that can not bear the stress of being at n. 1 in ranking. It means they start to overtrade in order to gain more and maintain their position and with difficulty they cope with bad results. If you trade with your money you perfectly know the psychological aspect under this: you try to recover, and you increase your risk.

• it is plausible that it will keep earning and increasing our accounts, but remember that there is not easy money out there.

What should we do?

Keep calm and trading with no irrational behaviour increasing lots too much, add manual trades or disconnect the traders at the first negative results.
